Rear suspension/brake
Let/Right Trail Arm - 2 screws - 12 Drum - 1 screw - 14 Left/Right Tie Rod (1 bolt ) - 12 Shock Absorber - 2 screws bottom, 1 screw top - bottom 6, top 12 Coil Springs - nothing Place in before Shock Absorber
Wheels x 4 - 4 screws - 13

Headlights - 2 screws each - 7 Rear Seat - 2 screws - 9 Seat (Passenger/Driver) - 4 screws - 9 Steering Column - 2 screws - 8 Dashboard - 2 nuts - 10 RPM/Clock Gauge - 2 screws - 7 Put into Dashboard meters before placing it into car. Engine
Engine Block - nothing The starting stone for all engine things When in place in car, 3 screws - 11 Crankshaft - nothing Camshaft - 2 screws - 5 Main bearing (1,2,3) - 2 screws - 9 Piston (1,2,3,4) - 2 nuts - 7 Head Gasket - nothing Cylinder Head - 10 screws - 7 Spark Plugs - hand screwed Engine Plate - nothing Flywheel - 6 screws - 7 Clutch Cover Plate - 6 screws - 6 Clutch Pressure Plate goes into the Cover Plate. The Clutch Disk goes into the Pressure Plate. Camshaft Gear - 1 screw - 10 Put timing belt on after this. Timing Cover - 6 screws - 6 Crankshaft Pulley - 1 screw - 11 Gearbox - 6 screws, 1 screw on side - 7, side screw 10 Rocker Shaft - 5 screws - screws 8 Drive Gear - 6 screws, 1 nut - screws 6, nut 6 Distributor - 1 screw - 6 Oil Filter - hand screwed Alternator - 1 screw for spanner, 1 screw for screwdriver, 1 nut - spanner 7, nut 10, screwdriver Before screwing in with screwdriver, fan belt needs to be added. Fuel Pump - 4 nuts - 7 Carburetor - 4 nuts - 8 Starter - 2 screws - 7 Headers - 5 nuts - 8 Rocker Cover - 6 screws - 7 Oil Pan - 7 small screws, 1 large screw - small 7, large 13 Air Filter - 2 screws - 6
Engine compartment
Fuel Strainer - 1 screw - 8 Clutch Cylinder - 2 nuts, 1 screw on pedal - nut 8, screw 9 Brake Cylinder - 2 nuts, 1 screw on pedal - nut 8, screw 9 Clutch Lining - 2 nuts - 7 Brake Lining - 4 nuts, 1 bolt - 7 (all) Radiator - 4 screws - 7 Radiator Hose(1,2,3) - nothing Hose 2 attaches to engine block. Battery - nothing
Motor Hoist - 2 screws - 10
You need to place the fully assembled engine onto the carry bar, you will hear a click when it’s correctly placed (there are two hooks on the engine itself). When you tighten the hoist’s screws, the engine will snap into place.
