Nora spends almost all her time working in the church. She is still a young girl though. You can occasionally find her relaxing next to Duck Pond with Arlo or walking around in The Round Table. Here is a breakdown of where Nora will be during the week:

Nora can be an easy enough character to win over. You can craft her a Crystal Hourglass to receive +18 Friendship points. All you need in 4 Crystal and 5 Sand. TIP: The Crystal Hourglass can be crafted using the Worktable after the player purchases its crafting book at Best Brother.
Friendship Perks
Nora’s Relationship Perks are great because the Church of Light Store has some items that can only be bought there in the game. The store also uses Data disks as a currency, so a discount on that can save you a couple of hours in the mines! Nora’s Relationship Perks at each level are: Buddy: You will receive 10% Discount when buying at the Church of Light Friend: You will receive 20% Discount when buying at the Church of Light Lover: You will receive 25% Discount when buying at the Church of Light Husband:

Missions
As Nora may come from a well-off family, but she is still dedicated to The Church of Light. You may be sent to Nora during the game to ask about church related missions. Some of these may give you Friendship Points with Nora. These are a few missions that you can complete that will help you gain Relationship Points with Nora:
The Desert Wind
Build and install three wind turbines in South Block so that it can produce electricity.
The Theft
The Research Center has had its Locator Computer stolen. You are to dig into Nora’s claim that the Church was not responsible for the incident.

With Nora, deliver care packages to Carol, Alice, and Oaks.
Flowers for Mother
Join Gust in gathering some hibiscus flowers.
Nora’s Worries
Nora and I should visit the colorful llamas outside the city. *This mission triggers after the player completes Arlo’s Invitation friendship mission.
